The "IMPORT PERMIT" is the documents which listed the importing quarantine condition for plant subjects and is submitted using the formats Style 1 attached below, and would be issued with the format of Style 2 from the authority.
In Japan, the plant protection station will inspect the export plant subjects, and if the subjects meet the plant quarantine requirements that the Philippines showed, the number of the permit and (when necessary) the "PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE" which added a postscript about fulfilled the requirements, will be issued as the guarantee of quality approved.
