I think "よいですか" is more like a Japanese way of mentioning the price. Maybe more polite(?)
But in English, there is no "Is it correct to say $4250 for ~~~ ". It sounds not natural to me........
If you want to make it more polite, maybe you can say "Would the total price be $4250 if I purchase 50 black watches?"

I think it still makes sense if you say "Would the total price be $4250 if I purchase 50 black watches?" or "Is the price for 50 black watches $4250?" even if you knew that the person calculated it wrong.
