ebayでセラーとして半年以上経ち特に大きな問題もなく販売をしてきました。フィードバックも増えてきているのですがPayPalの21日資金保留がいまだに解除になりません。
このままですとビジネスを拡大していくことができません。どうすれば解除になりますか？ご返答お願いします。
