お問い合わせありがとうございます。お客様には、9月30日に日本郵便のSAL便に発送しておりますが、現時点で到着していないのであれば、郵便局が紛失したと考えられます。本日、速達便(EMS)で同じ商品を送らせていただきます。7日後ぐらいには到着すると思いますが、もう少し待っていただけないでしょうか。お待ちいただけるようでしたら、発送後トラックナンバーをお知らせします。
なお、11月15日以降であれば、お客様から返金の要求も可能です。
よろしくご検討のほど願います。

We have sent you the parcel on September 30th using SALpackage by Japan Mail. If it has not reached you at this moment, I regret to inform you that the post office may have lost the item.
I will send you the same product to you by express mail (EMS) today. It should reach you in about 7days. If you could agree to wait for another week or so, I will send you the tracking number once I send you the package.
Furthermore, after November 15th we could accept refund.
