そして、御社は、この腕時計を取り扱っている販売店ですよね。
なぜ、時計の箱、パッケージがどのようなものか、私に聞かないと解らないのですか？

Some staff of yours must have put a plastic tape over the damaged part before shipping the item to me. Why not find out who that person is and ask him/her?

I assume you are the retail outlet that sells this watch.
I find it odd that you need to ask me about the package of your own product.
