若い人、主婦、シニア、そして外国人、色々な人材を活用していかなければ日本は成長できないと思っていますし、その意味では雇用形態としての人材派遣というのは伸びていくでしょうし、今回の26業務の撤廃も、その大きな流れの一部だと思っています。

We believe that there will be no chance for Japan's growth unless we make good use of various types of persons, such as young people, housewives, senior citizens and foreigners. In that sense we believe temporary staffing as a type of employment will grow, and the abolishing of the 26 businesses is part of the big flow.
