Have the two T5's already shipped from Taylor? The delivery is overdue. Could you please look into the matter?

The T5 orders have been taking longer than usual to fill, partially because, as I had mentioned before, the T5 has not been selling very well and they start up production when they are enough orders to do so. Normal wait time, recently, has been 60 days. I know there was a mistake on one of your orders where a T5 in Natural was received and the guitar had to be re-ordered, starting the wait cycle all over again. The "Taylor On the Road show" has also left Taylor a little short handed as well.

T5に関しては通常より遅れています。理由の1つとしては、以前お伝えした通り、T5はあまり売れておらず、一定の注文数を頂いてから生産しております。直近の標準待ち時間は60日となっています。
お客様のご注文の1つに間違いがあり、ナチュラルのT5をお受け取りになられ、再注文をしなければいけなくなり、1からやり直しになったことは存じております。　"Taylor On the Road show"により、Taylorは人員不足にもなっております。
