今回、来日しての取材が無理なので、商品にできるだけvalueを持たせたいので以下確認お願いします。今ある○枚の写真に加え、あと数枚足してページをスペシャル仕様にしたいのですが問題ないですか？（今あるページに数点写真を足すだけです）あまり時間がないので、可能かどうかだけでも教えてください。イベントですが、色々準備が必要なので○月頃がベストですが、そちらの状況にあわせて調整していきます。○月だとちょっと早いかもしれません。今回またAに○の件を相談しようと思いますが問題ないですか？

Because it is impossible for you to come to Japan for interview, I would like to request you to confirm the followings for adding the value to the item as much as possible.
I would like to make it special edition by adding several pages in addition to the currently possessing ○ pictures. (It is just adding the several pictures to the current pages).
We have a short of time so please let me know the possibility.
With regard to the event, it is best to hold it around 月 due to necessity of various preparations, but I will adjust it depending on the situation on your side.
It may be still early little bit if it will be held in 月. I am thinking of discussing with A regarding ○, but do you have any concern?
