１．Twitter APIを利用しているので一日の表示回数制限(検索など)はありますよね？
２．検索する際に言語(例えばフランス語など)をデフォルトでセットすることはできますか？
※言語を選ばずにフランス語で検索したい

1. Are there any limitations for the number of displays (cf. search) in a day because I am using the Twitter API?
2. Is it possible to set the specific language (cf. French) as a default for searching?
*I would like to search using the French regardless of the language.
