"Hallo. I ordered the furminator tool for "short hair" dog (as you can see from the review of my order #●●) but i received the long hair version. I don't want to return it back, because i need it (we are expecting our baby and our dog needs to be brushed every day, wouldn't want any other delays). Though, i wanted you to be aware of your mistake and be more careful with the orders.

「こんにちは。今回、注文№●●からも分かります通り、短い毛の犬用furminatorを購入したのですが、長い毛用の商品が届きました。すぐに必要なので、返品はしたくありません。（もうすぐ赤ちゃんが生まれる予定なので、毎日犬の毛をブラッシングせねばならず、これ以上遅れると困るのです。）ただ、間違って発送されている事だけ認識し、今後もっと注意して注文の対応をしていただきたかったのです。宜しくお願いします。
