貴方を残念な気分にさせてしまいすみません。
私が送った商品の状態とはかけ離れていてショックで唖然としました。箱が半分にカットされているなんて日本の郵便では考えられません。
私はまだ在庫を持っていますので新しい商品と交換する事が出来ます。貴方が選ばれたのは保障の付いていない発送方法だった為商品代金の払い戻しを受ける事が出来ません。申し訳ないのですが商品返送に掛かる送料を貴方自身でご負担頂けますでしょうか?私から送る新しい商品の送料は私が負担し、更に保障を付けて発送させて頂きます。

I regret that you have been disappointed. I am stunned by shock to learn that the product was in such a different condition to what it was like at the time I had sent it. It is unthinkable for a parcel box to be cut in half by the Japanese Postal Service.
We still have stock and are able to exchange with a new product. Since you have chosen a posting method that does not include insurance, we are unable to provide a refund to the product. Would you please pay for the postage to return the product ? We will pay for the postage for the new product and will also post it with insurance.
