You may not add a package to a ship request if the price of each item in the package is not displayed. If your package arrived with a merchant invoice showing the price you paid, we will automatically enter this information for you. If your package arrived with no merchant invoice, or if the invoice did not show the price you paid, you must click "Enter Values" and enter the price you paid for all items in the package before you can add the package to a ship request.
