かつては大きな湖であった「せの海」

1200年ほど前に溶岩流が流れ、分裂した

今もなお、その様が分かり、富士山の軌跡が手に取るようにわかります

溶岩地帯の上に立つ神秘の森「青木ヶ原樹海」を横目に絶景を目指し、滑走します

富士五湖で一番標高の低い河口湖を出発し、標高の最も高い山中湖を目指します

途中で立ち寄るのは、構成資産にも指定されている忍野八海

限りなく透明に近い湧水でできた八つの池の背後に聳え立つのは世界遺産の「富士山」

ペダルをこぎ続け、辿りついた先で見る美しい景色は圧巻です

(せの海)"Se no umi" used to be bigger lake. It's devided into small ones by streaming the lava into it. You can clearly see the history of Mt. Fuji from the scenery.

You go through by the mysterious woods ,Aokigahara Jukai(青木ヶ原樹海), which locating on the lava ground.

The route is from Kawaguchi Lake, the lowest altitude, to Yamanaka Lake, the highest one.

You stop by Oshino Hakkai(忍野八海) which are very clear transparent spring water ponds.
And don't forget to see the world heritage Mt. Fuji through the ponds.

After all of keeping pedaling your bike, the scenery you see is really overwhelming.
