東京ディスプレイ協同組合（東デ協）人材開発委員会は9月12日、“女性リーダー行動革新研修”と題して9月度の「ディスプレイ塾」を開催した。

今回の研修は、積極的な女性登用が企業の活性化に欠かせなくなっている状況のなかで、行政・企業の環境整備、家庭との両立、リーダーシップのとり方など、女性が活躍する環境づくりを目的に企画された。

講師は、CS対応教育の専門家で、数多くの企業研修を手がける（株）マネジメントサポート代表取締役の古谷治子氏が務め、東デ協の会員約40人が出席した。

The Tokyo Display partnership commitee for the development of human recources held a meeting on the 12th of September, titled "Actions, Reforms and Training of female leaders.

This training was about creating a plan for the instalment of an environment in which women can perform as well in administration and environmental improvement as in the household in a state of affairs where positive involvement of women is something companys can't miss.

The lecturer was Kotani Osako, a specialist in the field of CS, who has worked on training in alot of companys and as a representative director in support of management. About 40 commitee members took part in the training.
