先日、あなたから購入したToshiba SD3300ですが、DVDを読み込まないのです。ディスクがトレーの中で全く回転しないのです。どうすればよいでしょうか？
リージョンの切替は出来るようです。ところで、リージョンの切替操作のマニュアルは同封はされていないのですか？私は切替法を知ってはいるのですが。

The Toshiba SD3300 I purchased from you the other day is not reading DVDs. The disk does not rotate inside the tray at all. What should I do?
