As this is the first time we do business with you, we are a little nervous about our process in paying you by bank transfer and not Paypal.
Therfore, to help the process go smoothly, would it be possible for you to send us a purchase and sales contract or an invoice that has the name of your company imprinted thereto ? (A PDF version attached to an email would be fine too ) .
We have an account at Union Bank so we are of course able to pay by bank transfer to your account.
