私は昨日商品を受け取りました。
残念ながら届いたのは色が違うものでした。

それは最初に注文した商品の色です。私は色を交換して欲しかったので、あなたにメールを送りました。
返信がなかったのでQoo10の購入履歴ページから注文キャンセルを申請し、再度注文しました。
その後、購入画面ではキャンセル中の状態のままです。

商品を交換する場合、届くのは何日でしょうか?
また返送料金についてと返品についても教えてください。
対応お願いします。

I received the products yesterday. Unfortunately, the wrong color was sent to me.

This is the color selected when I first ordered the product. I sent you an email saying that I wanted to change the color. There was no reply, so I requested to cancel the order from the Qoo10 purchase history page and then reordered it. After that, the purchase history screen was left showing the order as cancel in progress.

How long does it take to exchange a product? Also, please let me know about return shipping charges and product returns.
