The only edition which has the Universal Japan label that you have mentioned, is only on the first edition which was released and sold in 2001 and the tracks on the back side also appears to be different. However, the first edition is difficult to get ahold of in the secondhand market in Japan at this stage.

We have not mentioned the year 2001 in our product description. Therefore, we are unable to recognise that we have shipped the wrong item. Although the money back you have requested is not a large amount, however please understand we have shipped the item that is on the amazon listing.
