Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Cinetics will refund the cost of your item minus the cost of shipping. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Cinetics.

To request a return, please send us an email at [e-mail] with order number and reason for return. Please wait for your return authorization number and return address before sending anything back to us.

Warranty
Cinetics products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the product. This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product.
