２　仲裁人が同種の案件に繰り返し取り組むことにより偏見を抱いてしまうのを防止するためには、選択可能な仲裁人の総数を増やすことが望ましい。あくまで従来の制度を維持したまま、新しい仲裁人の育成を通じて問題の解決を図るべきである。
４　たしかに仲裁は費用が高くなる場合や時間がかかる場合があるが、それでも通常の裁判所で解決を図るよりは、安価かつ迅速な紛争解決が可能である。
５　紛争の早期解決という観点からは、仲裁判断の取消しはできるだけ限定されるべきであると考える。

2. To prevent an arbitrator from having a bias resulting from the repeated assignment to the similar cases, it is better to increase a total number of available arbitrators. The issue should be resolved through development of the new arbitrators while keeping the existing rules and regulations.
4. It is true that there are cases of an arbitrations cause to increase the cost and/or to make it longer to reach resolution, but it is better than arguing the case at the normal court since it is capable to reach the dispute resolution faster with cost benefit.
5. Looking from the point of the faster dispute resolution, canceling of the Arbitral award should be given the restrictions.
