チームを健全な状態に保ち目的に向かわせる丁寧なアプローチはこれからも継続すると良い点だと考える。
特に、女性の部下の能力を引き出すことは上手であり、日本社会において遠慮しがちな女性の部下の能力を見抜き、
成長するための機会を与え、丁寧にサポートし達成させ、成長の結果を勝ち取らせている。

She is good at working with servant leadership which requires sensing the conditions and feeling of a subordinate in details and take appropriate actions.
Her carful approach for keeping the team in sturdy condition and let them go for their goal is the better point to be continued.
Particularly, she is good at bringing out the abilities of woman subordinates, whom likely to hold back in Japanese atmosphere, by detecting their potential and giving them opportunities while supporting, and finally, make them feel their achievements.
