お客様に商品をお届けしたところ、この商品はケース販売であるという苦情をもらいました。つまり、１本で販売しているものではなく、複数まとめて販売されている商品だということです。

私はこのカタログの商品は１本分であると思った為に、１本しかお客様に配送していません。なぜ、この商品がケース販売であるのか、私には理解できません。

ですから、この商品はケース販売でしょうか？
もし、そうだとしたらケースには何本入っていますか？

それとも、１本として販売されているのですか？

至急確認したいです。

After delivery, I received a complaint from my customer that this product comes in a case. In other words, this item is not sold individually but is bundled in a case.

I thought this product on the catalog was individually sold; therefore, that's all I sent to my customer. I do not understand why this product is a case product.

I'd like to ask you:
Is this product a set?
If so, how many comes in one case?

Or are they sold individually?

I'd like to know as soon as I can.
