If your debit card is lost or stolen, or your PIN becomes known to another person, contact us immediately on 0871 898 1012.

If you no longer require your card

If you no longer want to use your debit card, you may cancel it at any time from the ‘Manage your card’ page. To get to this page, log in to your account and select ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ from the left-hand navigation. Click ‘Manage your card’ underneath the ‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard’ header.

カードが不要になった場合

デビットカードの使用をやめる場合、‘Manage your card’ （カードの管理）ページでいつでも使用を中止できます。アカウントにログインし、左側の一覧から‘Prepaid MasterCard’ （プリペイドマスターカード）を選択してください。‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard’（EcoCardプリペイド・デビット・マスターカード）の下にある‘Manage your card’ （カードの管理）をクリックしてください。
