I was charged the total amount (including shipping fee) of $1725 the first time, however the second time, the total sum was $1858.

I will not be able to make profits at this given rate.
However as this item sells on a regular basis, I would like to continue doing business with you.
Could you please consider discounts, and have the price set at the original rate of $1725?
