Further to your email, I contacted Algam in France, by phone first, then by email.
They are making KORG after sales service for French dealer only and are not xwilling to work on my device. They requested a copy of the invoice and as you are based in Japan, they consider it is not their duty to fix this device.
Please tell me how to proceed to get it repaired or returned to you.
