You're right, but good translations are not 直訳、they use natural phrases, and "thank you for your cooperation" is unnatural and rather cold, thus it is basically not used in English correspondence.

For the record, I don't consider it a mistake, I am just adding an improvement. However, "stuck at the customs" is a mistake, and "gradually increasing" is a more accurate translation of 徐々に上がっている。All the best with your complaint.
