通関で止められていた荷物は無事届きました。協力ありがとう。
ところで、最近送料が徐々に上がっているのですがなぜでしょうか?
例えば以下です。
The package which was stuck at the customs has now arrived. Thank you for your cooperation.
By the way, why are the shipping charges getting increased?
Listed below are some of the examples.

There's no word "understanding" here.
You're right, but good translations are not 直訳、they use natural phrases, and "thank you for your cooperation" is unnatural and rather cold, thus it is basically not used in English correspondence.
I don't agree with the latter part of your message. I've read the very expression thousands of times in real business situations.
I've filed a complaint to Conyac about your review. Thank you.
For the record, I don't consider it a mistake, I am just adding an improvement. However, "stuck at the customs" is a mistake, and "gradually increasing" is a more accurate translation of 徐々に上がっている。All the best with your complaint.
So you're getting even with me, right? Not sticking to the rating standard.
There are some mistakes, but I can read it. Sounds accurate.
