All your changes mean exactly the same thing.
"By next Monday" doesn't mean "On next Monday"
True, and that is very minor and somewhat debatable. All your other corrections mean the same. A 3-star rating means there are a number of mistakes but it's passable. A 4-star rating is nearly perfect, just a couple of small mistakes. A 5-star rating is perfect. No way is this three stars.
How come "debatable" is it? Isn't it a simple mistake? As for the rating, who's standard is it? I just rated as 「間違いはあるが、読めます」
They are Conyac's standards. You should read them.
Where can I find it?
When you enter the number of stars, it's written above the stars.
If you want to practice, I actually just put up another translation and it has two careless mistakes (I typed too fast and then corrected myself in the comments, but I don't think reviewers can see that. So you might rate it three or four stars.

I just followed the rating standard 「間違いはあるが、読めます」. Anything wrong?
What does it say in Japanese for 4-star?
「間違いはないが、自然さにやや欠けます。」 If I rate 4, then it's as if I'm saying there's no mistake here. But obviously, "on Monday" and "by Monday" are different. So I just rated 3. Sorry if it offended you.
