私は、メールやチャットなら出来るのですが、会話力には自信が無く、だいぶ前に電話で質問させて頂いたのですが、全く応対できず、困った経験が有ります。
今回の質問に関してはその経験が有る為に、メールで質問させて頂き、とても丁寧に応対して下さり、感謝しているのですが、支払の問題は解決せされて無いままの状態です。
相手先に再度連絡を取ったのですが、やはり連絡が取れない状態です。
ですので、問題は未解決のままという回答です。

I could do email or chat but I'm not very confident in my English conversational abilities and in the past I have had many experiences where I asked questions over the phone but it had been no help to me.
Since I may also have that experience regarding my current problems I am thankful that I could ask you over email and got some help from you but ,y payment problem has still not been solved.
I have tried contacting the other person many times but I haven't heard back at all.
As such, my answer to you is that my problem is still yet unresolved.
