今確認しました所、確かに商品は到着していないようですね。
今回の場合ですとAさんに今回の商品をキャンセルして頂きその後で再度同じ商品を注文して頂くのが一番スムーズです。
ご了承頂けましたら後でこちらから注文ページをお知らせします。

あと現在返送されてきている商品には別途送料が掛かってしまいます。
まだ私の方ではその送料が幾らになるかは分からないのですが予想では20ドル前後と思われます。この内の半額にあたる10ドルをAさんに負担して頂く事は可能ですか？

Don't use double-spaces after periods. And if A is the recipient, "you" should be used.
