また、定期的もしくは緊急に本サービスの保守、点検、改修などを行う場合、天変地異、システム不良などにより本サービスを提供できない場合、その他運営者が必要と判断した場合などにも事前の告知なしに本サービスの全部又は一部を運営者の判断で一時停止および終了することができるものとします。
運営者はいかなる場合であっても、ユーザーおよび第三者に対して、本サービスの一時停止および終了に起因する直接的または間接的な損害に関する一切の責任を負わないものとします。

It may be stopped and terminated also whole or a part of Service at Operator’s judgment without notice beforehand, when Service become impossible to provide due to regular or irregular maintenance, checkup, improvement, act of God, system trouble or the judge of Operator.
Operator shall assume no responsibility to users and third persons whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage caused by the stop or the termination.
