運営者は本サービスの全部または一部を利用者に事前に告知することなく変更することができるものとします。

運営者の提供する本サービスの全部または一部について提供が困難または不可能となった場合は、事前の告知なしに本サービスの全部又は一部を運営者の判断で一時停止および終了することができるものとします。

Operator can change the whole or a part of Service without notice beforehand. Operator shall be under any liability against direct or indirect damages caused by the change to users and third persons.

Stop, Termination of Service

It may be stopped and terminated whole or a part of Service at Operator’s judgment without notice beforehand, when whole or a part of Service become difficult or impossible to provide.
