"below address"ではなく"address below"が正しいのではないでしょうか。または、"following address"になるのでは？"during delivery"ではなく"during the delivery"なのでは？

"Below address" is common and formal usage in business letters. "During delivery" means "during the process of delivery" and is more common and natural than your suggestion. Perhaps you could search on Google, etc. before posting comments?
