日本の配送業者に問い合わせても確認できません。webサイトで追跡してもOn Board Aircraftとなっています。
日本に到着している事が確認できるトラッキングナンバーを知らせていただけますか。

I haven't received the product ordered on 29th May. I got the response that it had arrived in Japan by e-mail, but is it right?
I asked the distributor in Japan, but I couldn't confirm it. Also in website, a result of tracing was "On Board Aircraft".
Could you please tell me the tracing number with which I can confirm that it has arrived in Japan?
