I am truly sorry, our store takes full responsibility. However if our store were to shut down there would be no coming back. If yours was the only pricing mistake I would have still sent out the item. However there have been far too many mistakes. I wanted to suggest a way that we can both if possible still benefit from this situation however if you were to not accept this suggestion, I will have to regretfully cancel the order. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience and most sincerely apologize.

Nothing major, just the part where you used the subjunctive would require "were" instead of "was"
