For the past two weeks there occurred two cases of fraud in ebay transactions, in which the transaction was required to be canceled from the purchaser after the delivery of product was made.
Though these cases were done by different persons, in both cases the shipping address was Moscow in Russia, the purchaser’s review was single digit and the ordered product was a camera.
