というのも、アカウントを作成した国が日本なので、そちらのPayPalとは仕組みが違うからです。

I’m sorry to say that I cannot attach the screen shot of “Confirmed Shipping Address”.
It is because I created the PayPal account in Japan and the system is little bit different from your country.
