Additional info: 御社というのは海外メーカーのことです。
彼というのはメーカーの日本の代理店（代理人）のことです。

もともと海外メーカーと直接取引をしていたのですが、突然日本の代理店なるものが現れて取引の間に入ってきました。
その代理店についてメーカーに送る内容です。

今日、彼からメールで返信がありました。

そこで、幾つかご報告とお伺いしたいことがあります。
まず、彼の信頼性についてです。
案内頂いた電話番号にかけてみたところ、全く話が通じません。
Takeuchi ryosukeという人物も御社名も全く知らないとのことです。
番号が間違っているのかとも思いましたが、会社名はGlorius Japan とのことなので、番号の間違いでは無さそうです。彼からの返信では、電話対応はしていないとのことです。
これは日本の商習慣上あり得ないことです。

I received an e-mail reply from him today.

Now, I have a few things to report and some questions.
First, his credibility.
I called the number that you provided but it doesn't make any sense.
I was told that they don't know anyone named Takeuchi ryosuke or even your company's name.
I thought I was calling a wrong number but their company's name is Glorius Japan, so it doesn't seem like the number is wrong. In his reply, he wrote that he does not take phone calls.
This is impossible in Japanese business practice.
