購入を検討しています。
下記のようなシンプルな認証機能があるとさらに良いと思います。
(AAAの認証機能はちょっとださくて嫌い)
またAAAが指摘しているように同じメールアドレスでは1回しか登録できないようにした方が良いと思う。
何回も登録できてしまうのは問題あります。

It would be even better if there is authentication function as simple as the following.
(A little bit uncomfortable about the authentication function of AAA)
In addition, I agree with AAA that the same e-mail address can only be used for registration for once.

IP address could not be told by GoogleAnalytics, could it?

冒頭はWe are considering the purchase などとした方がいいと思います。と言うのも、-ingが二つ並ぶと不自然ですし、綺麗じゃないですよね。
あと、二文目も、if there i AN authenticacation functionとなるのが正しいですし、多分認証機能もfunctionよりsystemの方が自然かな、と思います。まぁ、でもこれは多少客観性によりますよね。でもとりあえず、これならanが必要です。
他にも、例えば後半、I have a basic question that how can I check IP address?ですが、how can I check THE IP address?単体なら問題ありますが、I have a basic questionから繋げるなら、I have a basic question about(regarding/concerning etc) how I can check the IP address.とするのがまだ自然です。
翻訳って難しいですよね....一緒に頑張っていきましょう

functionって不可算名詞にもなるではないでしょうか？

そうですね、実は３か４かで迷ったんですが.....どうしてもif there is authentication functionに違和感を覚えてしまいます。例えば、if there is some sort of authentication functionなら全然引っかからないのですが、そうでない場合は、anが必要かと。
I have a basic questionの部分自体は問題ないです、ただ、そのあとのhow can I check IP addressが間違いに思えます。前述の通り、theが必要なのと、前後をつなげるならhow I CANと、なるのが正しいと思います。もしHow can I check とするなら、I have a basic question; How can I check the IP address?と思いますが....
