If after 8 days the seller hasn't replied to your case or you have not been able to resolve the issue, please escalate the case the eBay. We will then review the case and decide on the best outcome within 48hours.
Remember that you have 45 days after sending the payment for your item to contact the seller and open a case. You can still open a case after 45 days, but if the case is escalated, it will close because it is no longer eligible for eBay Buyer Protection.
If you don’t escalate the case to eBay within 30 days of opening it, we will take it that you reached a friendly resolution with your seller and the case will be automatically closed.
