I certainly have shipped this item to the buyer.
Since the buyer requested me to ship the item to the address that is not registered in PayPal, however, I sent it to that address.

It seems that the item has been held at the custom office of the buyer's country.
I don't think I am to blame.
But I want to solve this problem without trouble. Therefore, if the buyer strongly requires a refund, I will accept it.
