私はこの商品の受け取りに代行会社を使っており、その代行会社からはUSPSでの返品が出来ません。
なので、着払いのUPSかFedeXのリターンラベルを発行してください。
あなたの発行するリターンラベルがない場合は私は7ドルの手数料をその代行会社に払わなければなりません。
UPS又はFedexの着払いのリターンラベルを発行出来ない場合、送料とは別にその7ドルの返金を要求します。
私はこの返品作業に多大の労力を要しています。迅速で誠実な対応をお願いします。

I am using a third party company to receive the goods and this company cannot do returns through USPS.
Therefore, please issue a payment-on-delivery return label through UPS or FedEx.
If such a label is not issued, an additional $7 charge will be placed on me by the company I am going through to complete the purchase. In the case that a return label through UPS or FedEx cannot be included, I would like to request a refund of the postage and $7 additional charge.
I am requiring some extra service in the returns department due to this situation, but please do correspond promptly and in a sincere fashion.
