You are misunderstanding.
I was able to simulate shipping cost to Japan on your shop page.
I asked you to send me an invoice including shipping cost to Japan, because I would be able to get the item earlier by direct delivery to Japan.
Then, you told me that you were not able to send it to Japan. Thus I asked you to send it to Oregon.
Is there any problem?
I have done similar deals many times, but nobody refused to send items neither to Japan nor to Oregon.
