They would probably give me a good reference if I asked them to if it would build your trust. There is one customer in Isreal and one in Estonia that I sell large orders to through Western Union. If they would allow it, I could give you their contact information but not until I ask them for permission.

とても良い翻訳だと思います。
訳2文目、「もし御社との取引についてウエスタンユニオンに問い合わせれば、参考になる事例を教えてくれるでしょう。」は、ウェスタンユニオンではなく、international customersのことだと思います。それを踏まえて訳せば、完璧だったでしょう。
