松井氏と木下氏への対応については私も迷っています。
今日松井氏のホームページをみたところ、彼は製造業者と取引をしているようです。日本では、ほとんど取扱われていない製造業者の商品を販売しているので、間違いないと思います。
彼はあなたに輸入業者でないと言っているのでしょうか？

木下氏については、彼は、いくつかの製造業者が取引できる立場にありながら、彼の店には、商品がないとゆう確かな情報があります。ですから、資金に問題があるとも言われており、我々は取引に消極的にならざる得ない。

I am wondering about how to deal with Mr. Matsui and Mr. Kinoshita.
Seeing Mr. Matsui’s home page, I think he is doing transaction with a maker. I think it is sure because he is treating items of the maker which are rarely sold in Japan.
Does he say to you that he is not an importer?

Concerning Mr. Kinoshita, he could deal with multiple makers because of his business condition. However, I have sure information that he has no goods to sell at his shop. It is said that he has problem for funds. We have to, therefore, hesitate to do transaction with him.
