I also would like to know why you put the date "Feb. 23" in your description even you knew it takes 90days to get here.

何とか意味は通じると思いますが、時制や前置詞が、かなりいい加減です。ビジネス文章としては厳しいと思います。

You said it will take --> You said it would take
in January 16th, in April 16th etc. --> on January 16th...
you will ship the item --> you would ship the item
shippment --> shipment
