商品購入前に、日本へ送っていただけるかお聞きしたところ、「喜んでお送りします」とお返事をいただきました。
3/8に合計額をお送りいただきたく、リクエストを送りましたがお返事をいただいていません。
私はインボイスを送っていただきたいのでebayカスタマーサポートへ相談しました。
彼らは、リクエストをもう一度送るべきであると言いました。
宜しくお願いします。

When I asked you if you could send me the item to Japan before the purchase, your answer was "I am willing to send it to you".
I sent you a request to send me the total amount by March 8th, but I haven't received it yet.
I consulted with ebay customer support about this since I'd like to receive the invoice. They said I should send you the request once again.

"Hear" should be "hearing", but otherwise solid.
