ビジネスらしく訳せていて、良いと思います。その観点からみると、最後から二番目の文の調子だけ他と違うので、そこを直すとよくなると思います。

評価が難しいと思いますが、わたしの感覚的には、特に前半部分の「～をお詫びします」までは超訳に感じます。日本語としては流暢ですが、as I understand from your email のニュアンスがない。for troubleshooting purposesのニュアンスがないなど、翻訳としては、ちょっと雑に感じます。また、別の方も指摘していましたが、後半の日本語がちょっとぎこちない感じに見えます。
