万が一返品される際は、商品を弊社の日本オフィスまでお送り下さい。お客様都合による返品（不要になった等）は、新品未開封のものに限らせて頂きます。まだ受け取っていない状態で不要になった場合、配送業者がお届けしたときに「受取拒否」して頂くことで、送料の負担をすることなく、弊社オフィスに荷物が戻ってきます。参考にして下さい。

We have received your order for the product return. Please send it back to our office in Japan. As soon as we receive it, we will approve your refund request. Please pay the return shipping cost.

Note:
in case of returning items, please send them back to our office in Japan. If a reason of return is due to your personal reason (if you don't need it), we will accept only an item which you haven't opened the package. If you haven't received it and if you don't need it anymore, please "deny to receive it" when shipping company delivers it. Then, it will be returned to our office without paying the return shipping cost for your reference.
