ご迷惑をおかけしました。問題の箇所を写真に撮って、こちらに送ってもらえますか？その商品は未開封の新品商品なので、初めから壊れていたものとは考えられません。おそらく、輸送中に破損したものと思われます。ＥＭＳは保障がありますので、配達業者へ商品が壊れていたということを報告してください。私からも日本の郵便局へ追跡調査を依頼します。よろしくお願いします。

I assume that it got damaged during transportation. EMS's warranty is available, so please report the transportation company of the broken item.
