The other 10 items that you have ordered are being processed for shipping to JApan.

I am interested in a battery for the GoPro3 but I am unable to return the battery I have received from you.

It is not possible to send a lithium battery from Japan to America.
It is against the law here.

What should I do since I am unable to return it?

２文目の訳、"The other 10 items that you have ordered---" --> "The other 10 items that I have ordered---."
